William worked for me as Project Manager for a refit of a Vial Filling Facility, in support of a new product introduction, in Suite 2 in Grange Castle for over 12 months. He managed the full scope of the Capital Engineering project and demonstrated outstanding abilities in clearly defining work scope and breaking them into a WBS that supported contracting strategies and delivery of the project through a very clearly and widely understood framework. William has an excellent ability to break down complex situations into logical, meaningful tasks which he assembles into executable project plans.
